Because we have big internet and 3D animation projects, we were looking for people that could be hired on a flexibel basis during a longer term. For us, it is necessary to have a professional third party that can do specific parts of projects. With that capacity, we can handle more projects without having to hire people on our payroll. Offshoring had always been an option for us, but with Bridge as planner and managing party, we can handle many more projects partly or completely. Also the growing experience of coopearting with the foreign programmers, provide us with new ideas. Conclusion: a pleasant cooperation and an effective teamwork.
